The Patio Bellavista is an outdoor Boulevard designed and constructed upon a set of patrimonial houses. The Patio Bellavista project looked to emphasize this patrimonial value. This neighborhood is known for being Bohemian and having a great number of artist workshops and studios. Bellavista is also an up-and-coming university neighborhood.
This NL store was designed differently from the rest of the chain strores. The floor to ceiling wall gondolas and the client attention counter were implemented, but instead of having a ceramic tiled floor, treated and polished armed concrete was used. Bricks from the original patrimonial construction were left visible on the walls, to accentuate the rustic spirit of the building.
El sistema de iluminación y de climatización se entendió como una barra conjunta metálica galvanizada que recorre el largo total del local, contrastando con el aspecto patrimonial.
The lighting, air-conditioning and heating system is all in one joint metallic galvanized bar that crosses the total length of the store. The cold, industrial metallic esthetic contrasts with the rustic patrimonial aspect.
The central gondolas are a model used exclusively for this store. They are made of semi-curved modules that assemble and create undulating sets.
On the superior part of the wall over the stationary supply section, a glass trimming was placed as a showcase for small artworks of well- known artists.
