This is the first real estate investment project. While municipal and architectural conceptions were in order, funds for the project were not acquired to initiate it.
From this business model the project "Condarco Loft" was born and construction began six months later.
In an emerging barrio in the Providencia district, the demolition of a house in an unrecoverable state was proposed. The idea was to use its terrain to build a steel structure that would hold six housing units, their accompanying parking lots and recreational space located on the roof.
One of the structures is a single spaced unit divided into two levels. Its double height is shared equally on the terrace as well as in the empty interior, which allows it to be used as a window directly from the room.
The other has a more familiar projection, as it has a second room for flexible use. On the first level all the services and common spaces are concentrated, balcony and a built in kitchenette in a bow window.
The general criteria for the finish will show the construction materials without being plated or coated: its steel structure and collaborating plates will be left exposed, the dividing and partition walls between neighbors will display the masonry. The rock sheet walls of each department will be presented in white and the floors in polished concrete.
