The project consists of a house located on a terrain with a pronounced slope. The central idea of the project is a structure with a roof in the form of a hyperbolic paraboloid emerging from the sloping terrain and constructed out of reinforced armed concrete girders and natural vegetation
As a result, seen from above -the view from the south and west- the house has minimal visual impact on the land. All that's visible is the verdant, vegetation filled, hyperbolic paraboloid shaped roof. Whereas from the north and east direction one appreciates the front facade and openings of the house
Inside, the house has two floors. The first is subdivided into 3 different areas, each on its own level. One area has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one family room with a terrace. The loggia, guest bathroom, kitchen and dining room are located in another area of the first floor.
The third area contains the living room, which faces a big curtain wall and a double height.
The second floor holds the matrimonial suite with its own terrace, bathroom and a walk- in closet.
Both floors are connected via a snail staircase that simultaneously serves as the main fireplace.
